Riyadh Dream Villas

The proposal for the Riyadh Dream Villas is an interpretation of a mirage. Key elements of the design are combined to create a journey to a haven that is revealed through gaps between dune-like walls. This is achieved through the layering of walls that interplay with each other creating openings that give a glimpse of what the travelers desire, an oasis of luxury, which is a stark contrast to the untamed rugged landscape. This play in the form gives a subtle mystery to the spaces, which translates to the privacy of the interior areas. The openings emphasize the entrances within the villas as guests walk through the corridors and pathways.
