Located at one of the units on-site, the show flat is equivalent to a turn-key unit. The unit features a 5-metre tall ceiling throughout. The overall proposal has a soft palette and aims to give a comfortable and livable environment, achieved by applying a clean-line design. Loose furniture, plants and accent lights give character to the clean palette. The team proposed a loft bed-deck at Bedroom 2, integrating the bed desk, study desk, stairs and reading platform as one carpentry furniture, to give more usable space to the bedroom.
